PAYMENT POLICY

Our Payment Policy

All masqueraders or jouvert participants are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to successfully register for a package. The balance due for the selected package/s can be paid on or before the deadline for costume collection. Costumes must be paid in full by the time of collection and can be paid online through the registration website via Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard).

Please Note!

- Deposits are non-refundable.
- All masqueraders or jouvert participants who have not paid the full deposit amount by the deadline will not be considered registered and forfeit any money paid.
- Costumes belong to Mascots International until paid in FULL and COLLECTED.

Refunds/Returns Policy

Information submitted by the customer will be considered final and as such there will be NO changing sections, changing sizes, costume transfers, returns accepted, refunds, or credits for another carnival year.
In the event of postponement by Miami-Broward Carnival all payments received will be applied to the next Miami-Broward carnival.

Delivery Policy

All costumes must be collected at the distribution location by the owner or an authorized person with a valid form of identification at the time of collection. If you will be sending an authorized person to collect your costume, please email this form to mascotsinfo@gmail.com.
The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all participants, posted to our website and advertised on our various social media platforms. Sections may have different distribution dates. All costumes that have not been collected by the final date and time will no longer be available and owned by Mascots International.
